Innovation in each new development

We adapt to the clients’ requirement until obtaining a “customised” product of the highest quality. To that end:

a.  A feasibility study of the product is carried out in terms of extrusion, mouths according to the geometry to optimise production, tolerances, alloy and heat treatment. 

b.  All dies are first developed on a blueprint and then converted into 3D to verify their perfect functionality. 

c.  Pre-production samples are made and sent to the client in a “doble check” system.
